Anomaly detection and proactive alerts

Tracking IA continuously analyzes the trajectory of each shipment to detect anomalies: unexpected stops, delays, route deviations, temperature excursions (for refrigerated transport), GPS signal loss. When detected, customizable alerts are pushed via email, SMS, Slack or webhook to dispatch, customer, or driver. Issues are surfaced before they become customer complaints.
