A holistic score updated in real time

Each carrier gets a synthetic score (0-100) computed from 7 dimensions: on-time delivery rate, response time on quotation requests, document compliance (Vigilance IA), cancellation rate, customer feedback, communication quality, and value-for-money. The score updates after every shipment with weighted aging (recent transactions count more). Trends are visible over 7/30/90 days.

Which dimensions are scored?

Seven dimensions: on-time delivery rate, response time, document compliance, cancellation rate, customer feedback, communication, value-for-money. You can configure the weights to match your priorities.

Can carriers see their own score?

Yes. Each carrier sees their score in their carrier portal, with a breakdown per dimension and trends over time. They get coaching tips for low-scoring dimensions.

Is the score visible to other shippers?

A carrier's overall score and badges are visible to all shippers in the AFFRET.IA workflow. This rewards good performance with more opportunities.

How is benchmarking done?

Benchmark data is anonymized and aggregated across the entire SYMPHONI.A network. You see how a carrier compares to peers on the same routes and customer segments.

What if I disagree with a low score?

Each component of the score is auditable. You can dispute specific events (e.g., a delay caused by a customer constraint) and the score is re-computed.

Can I exclude carriers below a certain score?

Yes, configurable thresholds let you auto-exclude or auto-flag carriers below a defined score. Useful for compliance-heavy contracts (pharma, food, hazmat).
